GuestLabs is an AI-powered guest journey automation platform designed for vacation rental teams committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with minimal manual effort. GuestLabs supports seamless communication with guests across multiple channels, including OTAs, email, website widgets, WhatsApp, and SMS, ensuring a smooth and personalized guest experience at every touchpoint.
Steps for integration
- Log in to Your GuestLabs Dashboard
- Click on ‘Add Listings’, then select OwnerRez from the list of available integrations.
- Authorize the integration between GuestLabs and OwnerRez.
- After authorization, you will be redirected back to GuestLabs. Your bookings, guest information, inbox messages, and property data will automatically begin syncing in the background.
- Once the syncing process is complete, GuestLabs will send you an email confirmation. To view your imported listings, click on the ‘Listings’ button in the left navigation panel.
- Select a listing and toggle the ‘Turn on Listings’ switch to activate AI-powered responses for that property. We recommend keeping the ‘Auto-Pilot’ switch off initially. This allows you to review AI-generated responses before they are sent to guests. Once you're confident in the AI’s handling of guest messages, you can enable ‘Auto-Pilot’ for full automation.

What Data is Transmitted
GuestLabs uses webhooks to ensure instant and seamless data synchronization between platforms. The following data is transmitted:
- Property Data: Information about your listings.
- Bookings Data: Details of reservations.
- Guest Data: Contact information and details about your guests.
- Inbox Messages: Messages sending and receiving.
