Check-in Scan

Integrating OwnerRez and Check-in Scan systems allows you to import useful information about your guests. After you've completed your Check-in Scan integration, you will have a new tag with a direct link to the check-in that you can include in your guest message templates for each booking.

You just have to go to your Check-in Scan control panel, select My Account > PM Details > Integrate PMS.You just have to go to your Check-in Scan control panel, select My Account > PM Details > Integrate PMS.

Click on "Next," and on the following page, the system will give you the option to choose which properties you want to import from OwnerRez, if you have already added them to Check-in Scan previously, you can also check them so that they are matched to each other.Click on

Once you have linked the properties, click on End. Once you have linked the properties, click on End.

Once this process is done, you must return to the top menu to Properties > My properties, activate the new properties, and edit the fields that remain to be completed, then, if necessary, add rooms to your property.
