OwnerRez's customer service is outstanding! For starters, I paid to have them set up my 3 properties, and it was money VERY well spent. They then trained me on what they had set up so I was familiar enough to get started. Any time I have had a question, they have been very responsive, so their communication alone makes them stand out. I've been very happy with the product so far, though I admit I still have A LOT to learn about it!

With such terrific support and a terrific product I would say its been terrific. The onboarding team encouraged me to just take one step at a time..... so I am trying to do that.
