We switched from Uplisting to run two villas and a combined listing in Costa Rica, and it came down to the Airbnb integration. Uplisting only synced part of what Airbnb exposes, so I was entering changes twice and still watching them not match. OwnerRez syncs the whole listing. Content, rates, availability, rules, all of it. One system instead of two.
The combined-listing setup works fine, but that was never what sold me. The control was. This is software built for operators. The settings are granular without turning into a mess, so you can run the property exactly the way you want.
The features that earn their keep: native length-of-stay pricing built right in, an AI assistant that actually helps, and a direct booking site good enough to send guests to. The whole feature set is deep and mature, clearly refined over years.
It's not a weekend setup. There's a learning curve and the first week takes real work. But once it's dialed in it mostly runs itself, and that depth is the whole point.
Best operational call we've made this year.

Reason for Switching: I wanted to be able to integrate with more channels
I love that it integrates with all the platforms we advertise on. The staff has been super helpful with any questions I have had and training to get me up and going.
I wish there was a dashboard that had arrivals and departures for the day and a status of a property being clean or dirty. I manage about 40 rental properties and that would be helpful. I also wish there was a way to do group bookings for multiple properties booked under the same name, as I manage about 25 units in the same complex and get a lot of groups.

If it wasn't for the OwnerRez support team, we would not have our short-term rental up and running on any websites for guests to search. They went above and beyond, answering our emails on weekends and even on a holiday. They sent us video emails to show us exactly what we needed to do on our end to get things up and running. Words cannot express our gratitude for the OwnerRez support team and all that they have done. They spent hours working with us on a very difficult and not common transition. We took over the prior owner's account, so when we went to integrate with channels, it was not easy, and places like Vrbo kept trying to connect it to the prior owner's account and not our account. How can you possibly thank someone who spent hours and weeks to help us get our business up and running? Thank you, just doesn't seem like it's enough.
Booking management is such a time-saving tool. Customer service is great, and once linked up with an agent, they really go above and beyond to help you.
So far, the experience has been great. We had some bumps in the road and really needed the support team, and they were there every step of the way to help us, so it is difficult to write a con.
