I've used OwnerRez for over two years and it has been a fantastic piece of software. It does a lot more than the prior system I used (Lodgify) and it does it for a lot less and with no long-term commitments.
I used their Wordpress plugin with my custom self-hosted Wordpress site and it was a game changer that elevated my site's functionality and allowed me to keep my site updated in real-time with a "change once, update everywhere" configuration that saved me hours.
Support and the developers are very responsive to the userbase and have implemented many things that the users requested. The userbase is also very helpful in helping you figure out problems, both on their official forum and on their Facebook group.
