WYND

WYND Sentry provides a complete set of smoking detection capabilities and monitors loud noise to help protect your rental properties.

Steps for integration:

  1. Go to the WYND Sentry Web Platform and login with your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, click Settings on the left sidebar.
  3. On the settings page, click Integrations and click Connect next to OwnerRez.
  4. An Authorization window will appear and you must click Authorize WYND Sentry App.
  5. Once Authorized, you will be sent back to WYND where you will see an option to Import Properties. Click Import Properties.
  6. On the import properties page, make sure to check all the properties you would like to import and click Import.
  7. You can now see your OwnerRez properties in your WYND Sentry dashboard.

What Data is Transmitted:

Properties:

  • Name
  • Address

Sync:

  • When a user connects their OR account for the first time
