Steps for integration:
1. Sign up or log in to Turno.
2. From the Dashboard, select Settings > Integrations.
Note: If you have any Pre-Existing iCal links inside Turno, prior to integrating with OwnerRez, you should remove them. If you do not remove the iCal links, you may experience double calendar blocks in Turno.
3. On the Integrations page, click Connect under OwnerRez.
4. On the authorization page, click Authorize Turno.
5. Once authorized, you will be taken to a page to select which properties you'd like to link. Select the properties you want to include and click Link Listings.
What Data is Transmitted:
- Listing based reservations (viewable on "Schedule" or "List View").
- Guest count.
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Sync takes place instantaneously via webhooks.
- Turno sends the cleaning date every time a cleaner accepts or gets assigned to a cleaning project.
- They do not send the expense data at this time.

I already have a Turno account. Can I still get Turno for free?
Absolutely! Turno scheduling tools are now free with your Ownerrez account. By integrating your OwnerRez account with Turno, users automatically have free access to all Turno scheduling tools.
Can I connect my one OwnerRez account to two separate Turno accounts?
No, Turno does not support having multiple separate Turno accounts for one OwnerRez account at this time.
I thought Turno was free. Why am I getting charged for it?
Turno scheduling tools are free with your Ownerrez account however, there are some caveats.
OwnerRez hosts have to choose between a monthly plan and an annual plan, and the properties become complimentary and aren't billable anymore.
When OwnerRez users connect with Turno marketplace cleaners, hosts and cleaners agree to our terms and conditions, which state that all payments must be completed through Turno's platform and that fees will be applied. Payments made through the Turno platform are subject to the following processing fees that cannot be avoided, as they are needed to process the payments and cannot be turned off.
- 5% for ACH payments
- 8% for credit card
I sometimes have early check-in or late check-out times that I change in OwnerRez. Are my changed check-in and out times synced to Turno?
No. Currently, Turno only changes booking information if guests extend their stay, and that will be reflected in our system. However, that's not the case with check-in and out times, and you will have to change those check-in and out times directly in your Property Settings.
