We’re reaching out to inform you of a recent update that impacts Damage Protection coverage for your properties with 10+ bedrooms. RentalGuardian, our insurance partner, has updated their policy, which no longer covers properties with 10 or more bedrooms. Here’s how we’re handling this change:
1. Proactive Damage Protection Deactivation for Properties with 10+ Bedrooms

To align with RentalGuardian’s updated policy, we have turned off Damage Protection for any of your properties with 10 or more bedrooms.

This deactivation ensures that you won’t be charged for Damage Protection coverage where it no longer applies.
2. Damage Protection Cancellations on Active & Future Bookings

We have canceled Damage Protection policies on any active or upcoming bookings for affected properties. This means no Damage Protection charges will apply to these bookings.

Note: Any bookings at properties with fewer than 10 bedrooms are unaffected, and Damage Protection coverage remains active there.
RentalGuardian is currently working on a new product to cover larger properties like yours. We will keep you informed as this option becomes available.
