Steps for integration:

1. Schedule your personal OwnerRez demo at: www.happyguestofficial.com/ownerrez

2. Onboard with Happy Guest. They do everything for you with VIP Onboarding, and they’ll delivery your fully set up account! The Happy Guest team will give you your Happy Guest account, and you’ll connect it to OwnerRez by selecting PMS Integration and then choosing OwnerRez.

3. Authorize the Happy Guest and OwnerRez integration.

4. In Happy Guest, go to Manage Listings, Edit Listing, and then connect each listing to it’s OwnerRez counterpart.

5. The Happy Guest guest check-in process requires guests to choose a damage protection option, so if you currently have Damage Protection through OwnerRez, you can either double up protection and leave both on, or you may choose to turn off the damage protection from OwnerRez.

What Data is Transmitted:
