OwnerRez has partnered with Savvy (formerly bnbfinder) to provide a channel integration connection between the two systems. This allows OwnerRez users to handle their listings and bookings from Savvy efficiently. Our Channel Management feature is extremely powerful and can significantly simplify your channel advertising. Savvy is a BOOK DIRECT vacation rental marketplace with a 25+ year history connecting travelers with unique places to stay. Since May, over 1,000 Property Managers have come on board with Savvy to secure more direct and commission-free bookings effectively cutting out the expensive middleman.
What is synchronized?
Our integration pushes listing content, rates, availability, and rules to Savvy. Savvy will send booking data and credit card information to OwnerRez.

To get the integration process started:
1. Log in to OwnerRez, go to Settings > Channel Management > Channel Integrations > Connect a Channel, then select Connect Savvy (formerly bnbfinder channel integration.4. Visit Savvy's Join Now page and complete your user/company profile to create your Professional Host account.
5. Enter your company information.6. Go to Manage Your Properties and select OwnerRez from the list of certified partners. Enter your OwnerRez Account ID and click Connect. If successful, a confirmation message will appear.
7. You will then be prompted to select a subscription level for your listings. By default, this level applies to all of your listings, but you can adjust it individually from the Properties page. Listing with Savvy is always FREE, but upgrading to a premium level can boost your exposure by up to 200x! Learn more about our premium listings here: Savvy Subscriptions. 8. To edit your Professional Host page, go to your Savvy Properties page and click the Profile link at the top. Your Professional Host page is your chance to introduce yourself to travelers, share your contact details, and showcase all your published listings in one place. Required Fields:
• Company Name
• Intro
• Description
• Email
• Phone Number
• Website URL
All other fields are optional, but Savvy recommends adding as much information as possible to enhance your profile for travelers. If you’re registered with Google Business, you can also connect your profile to display your Google Reviews. Once your changes have been saved, you can view your live Professional Host page by clicking the View Your Profile Page button.
9. After reviewing your listing(s) and confirming that everything appears as expected, click Publish to make it live. Note: If all required content is complete and your account verification is approved, your listing will be published automatically. See step 7 in Savvy's OwnerRez Integration support article.
10. Certain accounts may require additional verification before listings can be published on Savvy. If verification is needed, our team will contact you directly for any required information. We strive to review accounts as quickly as possible, but we kindly ask that you wait at least two business days before reaching out about your account or listing status. This allows our team sufficient time to complete the review.11. Use the Change Property Mappings button on the Properties tab and enter the Savvy Slug for each OwnerRez property.
Savvy does not use property listing numbers; rather, they use "slugs" generated from the Savvy URL address.
For example, if the Savvy URL address is https://www.savvy.com/listings/fancy-rental-florida-z4FV, the Savvy "slug" is the last part of the link after /listing, in this case fancy-rental-florida-z4FV
Users should enter their Savvy "slug" into the Savvy Slug field and hit Save.

Delist
If you would like to delist your properties from the Savvy channel, please first disable the partner connection in your OwnerRez dashboard. Once this is complete, reach out to the Savvy support team at support@savvy.com and request that your properties be removed from the Savvy dashboard.
