Communicating your property occupancy rules clearly in your property listing and agreements effectively fosters a positive guest experience and can prevent any misunderstandings during your guest's stay.

Configuring your property Occupancy Restrictions allows you to set and communicate your property rules for guests, including the Minimum Age to Rent, the maximum number of Guests, and the total number of Adults, Children, Infants, and Pets. You can also add more specific details regarding your guest occupancy restrictions.
