Welcome Compass transforms vacation rental hosting by enabling hosts to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences that exceed expectations. Steps for integration:

1. Login to your Welcome Compass Dashboard.

2. On the left sidebar, click Integrations, then click Connect under OwnerRez.

3. An Authorization window will appear, and you must click Authorize Welcome Compass.

After authorization, bookings, guest, and property data will automatically sync from OwnerRez to Welcome Compass; custom fields for survey and guidebook links will automatically sync into OwnerRez from Welcome Compass. These field codes can be added to your messaging templates within OwnerRez to send these URLs to your guests.

NOTE: The survey link must be filled out by the guest before the guidebook link can be accessed. If no survey has been filled out, the guidebook link becomes available 4 days prior to check-in.

What Data is Transmitted:

  • Webhooks are used to sync data instantly.
  • Booking Data
  • Guest Data
  • Property Data
  • Custom fields pushed into OwnerRez for survey and guidebook links
  • NOTE: Older bookings from OwnerRez synced into Welcome Compass will not have guidebooks created for them. In these instances, users will not be able to preview guidebooks for those bookings (the button will be disabled in Welcome Compass).
