Upon a confirmed booking on your OwnerRez listings, the screening process is automatically initiated. Results are delivered in real-time on your OwnerRez dashboard, with the resulting score logged in the TAG field for each booking. Property Managers can now effortlessly integrate and automate guest screening within their existing messaging templates and triggers on OwnerRez.
Steps for integration:
1. Contact Trustd.ai by filling out the form at https://trustd.ai/contact-us/. Trustd.ai support team will send you an Invitation Code, after receiving the form.
2. Signup/Login: Click “LOGIN” at trustd.ai main web page (https://trustd.ai/) enter all required information. Click “Sign Up” and verify your email.
3. Verifying your email will open your account on trustd.ai and will trigger the authorization page to OwnerRez. Click “Authorize Trustd” in following dialog box.
4. In a few seconds, trustd.ai will be connected to OwnerRez.
5. After “Connection Success” dialog box, you will be automatically directed to trustd.ai login page. Login by using your verified email and password. Your trustd.ai portal is the main platform for monitoring details of your guest screening, and account management.
6. As soon as booking is confirmed on OwnerRez, a secure link to a Guest Form is generated and inserted into a Booking Custom Field, as shown in screenshot below. The guest form is simple, no guest ID or selfie is required. The guests just need to confirm the booking details on the pre-populated guest form, enter their Date of Birth, and submit it.
You can easily add this custom field to your existing messaging templates or create a new template and trigger to send out the trustd URL to your guests. Please ensure you add the custom field code to your messaging template, or the URL will not be sent out automatically.
7. At this point, you are all set. When a new booking is confirmed on OwnerRez, trustd.ai will run guest screening after the guest signs the form and registers the result in a TAG field, as shown below.
The score and screening details are explained in the “Link to the Report” custom field. Simply copy and paste the link into your browser to access the full report.
