Steps for integration:
1. Sign Up: Trustd.ai support will send you a secure link and one-time Invitation Code. Click the link, verify your details, click Sign Up, and confirm your email. Sign Up form is shown below.
2. Linking OwnerRez with trustd.ai: Verifying your email will open your account on trustd.ai and will trigger the connection to OwnerRez. Click “Authorize Trustd” in following dialog box.
3. In just a few seconds, trustd.ai will be connected to OwnerRez. Once the "Connection Success" dialog box appears (below), you will be automatically redirected to the Trustd.ai Host Portal, the central platform for managing your guest screening operations and account settings.
4. Customize Your Screening Level: Follow the steps in the Trustd.ai Host Portal to tailor your screening process, such as enabling or disabling guest ID verification and adjusting email settings. You can always update your preferences later in the "Account" section of the portal. At this stage, you are ready to screen your guests.

5. Secure Link to Guest Form on Your OwnerRez Dashboard: Once a booking is confirmed on OwnerRez, a secure link to a Guest Form is generated in OwnerRez Custom Field, as shown in the screenshot below. You will need to send this pre-populated guest form to your guest for them to enter their date of birth and submit it.
6. Setting up Templates and triggers: Each Property Manager may set up OwnerRez templates or triggers differently. Here's an example scenario: After a booking is confirmed, guests first sign the rental contract, and then the guest form is sent to them via email (you can combine both rental contract and guest form to do it in one step). Let's configure this scenario on OwnerRez.
To set this up in OwnerRez, navigate to Settings → Templates → Create Email Template. You can also create a Channel Template. Select "Booking" from the drop-down menu, as this will be a booking-related template. A sample template on OwnerRez and template text are shown below.

7. Setting up triggers: Once you set up the OwnerRez Template, you can configure triggers according to your process. In OwnerRez, go to Settings → Triggers → Create Trigger. Make sure to select the Guest Form in the “Action” section of the Trigger.

8. At this point, you are all set. When a new booking is confirmed on OwnerRez, Trustd.ai will run guest screening after the guest signs the form, and the result will be registered in the TAG field, as shown below. The “Link to the Report” will be recorded in the Custom Field. Simply copy and paste the link into your browser to access the full report.
