As of March 2022, PayPal Payments Pro is a Legacy integration payment processing method.
Some OwnerRez users (approximately 150 users) are integrated with PayPal Payments Pro or PayflowPro accounts. These are standard full payment processing merchant accounts that can be used with the Vrbo API and automatic security deposit holds just like any other merchant processing account.

Error codes
Why did I get API error code 10548?
This error occurs if:
- PayPal Payments Pro is not enabled on your business account.
- A home or customer service phone number is not included in your account profile.
- If you have PayPal Payments Pro and get this error, check your account profile and ensure it includes a home phone number or a customer service phone number.
Here's how to change the business information listed on your PayPal Business account:
- Hover over your name in the top-right corner of the page and then click Account settings from the drop-down menu.
- Click Business information from the left-side menu.
- Click Update to the right of "Business Information."
- Click Edit located to the right of the "add logo" option.
- Update the information and click Save.
