Owner statements for vacation rentals are vital for fostering a transparent relationship between property managers and owners, detailing financial performance, income sources, and expenses like rental revenue and cleaning fees. If you haven't read the Owner Statements Overview support article yet, we recommend that you do so first.
Due to changes in the way that expenses are handled after your PMv2 upgrade, it's possible that some bookings not yet fully remitted prior to your update may not be rendered or displayed as expected on your current Owner Statements due to the different way expenses are treated in legacy versus PM upgraded bookings.
While the underlying financial amounts are correct, legacy bookings may contain blank or display "--" amounts in expense columns, which may be confusing. It's important to note the following about these Owner Statements that contain legacy bookings.
- The Remitting Now column is still accurate.
- Booking Expense columns for Commission, Damage Protection, and Taxes will be blank or display "--" because no such expenses existed on legacy bookings.

The Hidden Expenses column will be blank or display "--" because pre-deducted expenses didn't exist as expenses to be hidden on legacy bookings.
As a workaround in the interim, PMs can consider removing these columns from their Statement Views until after they've completed remitting all legacy bookings.
How will you know which bookings are Legacy Bookings? Legacy bookings will have a gold Legacy label displayed in the Owner Statement Preview Status column so PMs can detect which bookings are actually pre-upgraded legacy bookings.
