Leaving Hostaway because of their booking fee?

Overview

We have gone to great lengths to build a software product that meets or surpasses all industry standards for security.  We use encryption in many different places.  Please read the articles in this Privacy & Security area for extensive information about this topic.

If at any time you are concerned that your account may have been compromised:

  1. Click on the Profile menu (your name) button in the upper right corner of the OwnerRez screen.
  2. Change your password, using the option provided in the main screen.
  3. Go back to the Profile menu you were on previously.
  4. Log out, using the button provided in the main screen.  When you do, make sure to click "log out of all devices".  This will forcibly log out any other device anywhere on the planet that might be logged in - and they won't be able to log back in again, since you just changed the password.
