Steps for integration:

1. To get started with the AIPEX Virtual Concierge, start here to see the options and sign up.

2. Once your AIPEX account has been created, you can reference their getting started resources. They include short walk-through videos that show how to add a property and understand the features available. After you have created your property, you are ready to set up the OwnerRez Integration.

3. In the AIPEX portal, select Account > Integrations, and click ‘Activate’ under OwnerRez.

4. An authorization window will appear where you must click Authorize AIPEX Virtual Concierge.

5. You will then see the confirmation window that your connection is now active.

6. Now it is time to link your AIPEX Property to your OwnerRez listing. To do so:

  • Go to your property and select the ‘Integrations’ menu on the left
  • Expand ‘Calendar Integration’
  • Select ‘Link’ on the OwnerRez listing that you would like to connect to this Aipex property

7. Finally, you can enable AI-powered guest messaging by expanding ‘PMS Inbox Integration’, toggling on the feature, and selecting which contacts you would like to receive messaging notifications. This provides a connection to your OwnerRez unified inbox.

What Data is Transmitted:

  • Webhooks are used to sync data instantly
  • Property data: All listing data from OwnerRez - such as description, amenities, checkin/checkout instructions, etc. - to answer guest questions
  • Reservation data: Guest name and dates - to support advanced features like host welcome videos and guest sentiment checks
  • Booking custom field: The ‘BXMC’ custom field is created and populated with a link to the AIPEX AI Concierge for each reservation
  • Message sending and receiving
