Steps for integration:

1. Schedule a call to learn the specifics of TechTape’s service. Because this is a service and not a software, this call is a critical first step to ensure good alignment. Accept the agreement they send you after the call.

2. Once your account has been created, then be sure you are logged into the OwnerRez account you want to connect. Then go to this link and click “Authorize with OwnerRez.”

3. On the next page, click “Authorize TechTape.”

4. You’ll be directed to a Thank You page. Congratulations, your OwnerRez account is now connected to TechTape! The TechTape team will reach out to you for next steps to finalize the onboarding.

What Data is Transmitted:

  • Property data: All listing data from OwnerRez - such as description, amenities, property location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. used to understand property characteristics.
  • Reservation data: All reservation data - such as guest name, dates, status, booking financial information, etc. used to collect reservation data.
