Truvi (formerly Superhog) provides OwnerRez clients with risk management, damage protection up to 5 million, and industry-leading incident resolution services.
Truvi enables a growing ecosystem of hosts, operators and guests to make their online activity safer, providing a tech-based AI-supported toolkit including:

What's protected:
- Damage to your place caused by guests
- Damage to your belongings caused by guests
- Your legal responsibility for bodily injury to guests
- Your legal responsibility for damage to common areas, like building entrance halls and neighboring properties, caused by guests
Truvi uses technology and data to create trust between strangers and de-risk their interactions.
Steps for integration
1. Become a Truvi by booking a meeting or signing up here.
2. Once you have your account ready, log in to Truvi.
3. On the left sidebar, select Settings > Integrations > Ownerrez. For additional instructions, see Truvi's Integration Guide: How to integrate OwnerRez with Truvi.
4. Next to OwnerRez on the list, click Connect. For additional instructions, see Truvi's Integration Guide: How to integrate OwnerRez with Truvi.
5. Click "I have read and agree to Know Your Guest's terms and conditions" and click "Accept terms."
6. Configure the setup. Check the box to Exclude AirBnB bookings if applicable.
7. Click on Get your Authentication Code.
8. You will be redirected to your OwnerRez login page. Sign in to your OwnerRez account. You will automatically be directed to the connection page. Click on Authorise. Note: You may see our old Superhog branding displayed.

What Data is Transmitted:
- All Property details: ID, Name, Active, Created, Address
- All booking details: ID, Display Name, Property ID, Arrival, Departure, Cancelled Status, Email Address, Phone Number
- Reservation and property data sync occurs every 15 minutes
Screening Complete Tag
When guest screening has been completed, Truvi sends a Screening Complete tag to OwnerRez. The Screening Complete tag is displayed on the individual Booking Overview > General Info section.
