OwnerRez Standard Discount Types are pre-configured discounts (including length of stay, early bird, last minute, or rate adjustment) applied to all direct bookings, and synced to your channel integration listings (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo). To encourage guests to stay longer, you can create discounts based on Length Of Stay (LOS), such as weekly or monthly discounts based on a percentage.
Length of Stay (LOS) Discount
Navigate to Settings > Pricing > Discounts > + Create Discount > Length of Stay.
On the Create Length of Stay page, enter the Description and Discount Amounts (number of Nights and Percentage). We added a 5% discount for a 7-night stay and a 10% discount for a 28-night stay.
This means that stays of 7 to 27 nights would receive a 5% discount, and stays of 28 days or more would receive a 10% discount.

OwnerRez can push Standard Discounts to your connected channels using channel integrations. However, different channels handle discounts differently.
Airbnb

Only 7-night and/or 28-night discounts will be "merchandised," where the discount is highlighted to the guest. Your property will be included in the Weekly and Monthly stay filters on the Vrbo property search, as applicable.

Booking.com
The OwnerRez Booking.com (BDC) channel integration does not support Length of Stay Discounts. However, you can log into your Booking.com Extranet and create a promotion that will be applied to bookings as appropriate.
