Generating PM Expense Remittance reports regularly can enhance expense tracking and provide valuable insights for informed operational and pricing decisions within your property management company by including remitted expense line items in owner statements.
Navigate to PM > Reports > Expense Remittance (or Reports > Property Management > Expense Remittance) to view the report options.
- Active and/or Disabled Properties
- Owners
- Date range
- Property Tags
- Group By (e.g., Owner (default), None, Property, Property Status (Active/Disabled), Statement Date)
- Show Booking Expenses checkbox, which displays an "Included in Booking" column on the far right of the report.
