I offer a 2% discount if a guest pays by etransfer instead of charging an extra fee for those that pay by credit card we have given them the option to save $ by etransferring - people like discounts …

I do not charge my owners a cleaning fee - they don't get to see that

What is the proper way to show a refund for a property issue?
