If I'm understanding your question correctly, you would like to set the search widget to show more than 12 properties on one page.
While this is supported if you have a hosted website, it is not currently supported for users without a hosted website. You could, however, search our feature requests to see if it's been suggested yet and if it has not, create a feature request and ask others to support the change by upvoting it. It's where a lot of our new and improved features come from!
