I struggle with the current layout of the CRM contacts screen. It would be great if we could customize the menu like real CRM. I rarely need to see a guests physical address but always want to see notes. I hate that I have to click into a guest to see if there were issues with a prior booking.
I would also love to be able to delete or at least archive or even just Not Show some guests. I have guests listed from simple inquiries that have no data because they didn't book and it really junks up my CRM without any way for me to make adjustments. I can delete inquiry guests but not without jumping through hoops but no way for me to delete others with expired booking requests.
It would just be amazing if it would function closer to a real CRM making it more usable for customer outreach.

Thank you for all of the reporting options! However, it introduces a challenge for me to remember how to do my favorite reports and to then to recreate the customizations each time.It would be great if you could establish a Saved Report functionality, which would allow me to save a report with my settings and give it a name, and then I just need to click on it to have it generate a fresh version. Dates could be saved or dynamic (that is, not saved and requested each time the report is run). The option to do either would be ideal.

You already can do that. Create and email template to thank them for their stay and solicit review . Insert image, and image link to your Google or yelp listing.

Today I was thinking it would be great if we could include a photo image of our "Google Business" or "Yelp Business" logo that would act as a link to include on our follow up emails to our guests. We often will ask them to leave us a review on Google or Yelp and I think if they could see the graphic of each and be able to click on it to send them to our specific business listings it would be more effective than just sending them the URL in our follow up email.

You can now define custom Cancellation Policies. You can also have Vrbo pick this up in the HA API connection and it will be completely represented as you entered it in OwnerRez end to end. So if you have crazy random policy with 3 different periods/%'s that go back, setting it in OR will also make it show up in Vrbo that way. Lot of other great nuggets in the new Cancellation Policies, but that one applied to what BlueMtn just mentioned.
We've many guests from US booking via Airbnb and we manually enter the country information into contact information for statistical purposes. However, when we choose the country as US, we're asked to fill a lot of other parts of the address information which we don't know. So, could you simply allow the country to be selected as US and don't require the rest of the address?
Another idea could be to populate the country information from the phone number automatically.

Good idea! We know the forums need a big overhaul, and we keep meaning to do it - but there's always something more urgent over on the system side, like Airbnb messaging and SMS texting.

Hey Chuck -- If you go into the guest's reservation in OR and click on the Rules tab, down at the bottom of the screen shows the cancellation policy. I believe it's reflecting the one that was in place at the time the guest booked.

Would it be possible to add a "see more" button at the bottom of the Latest Discussions list? It would add more recent discussions to the page instead of trying to read all the threads below in order to catch up on the latest. It is difficult to keep up and I don't want to miss anything.

I love the flexibility that Custom Fields allow.
What I don't like is that ALL of the custom fields show up on all properties and bookings.
When creating a custom field we have the ability to choose "All Properties" or "Specific Properties" for the field, but it seems that is only related to "Show During Quote Acceptance".
If you have multiple properties in your account (I have 10) and are using lots of Custom Fields (I have 18) it gets kind of overwhelming to see so many custom fields on every property and every booking.
I'd love it if ONLY those fields assigned to that property are shown on the bookings for that property.

I am in the same boat, getting guests to rebook upon departure, but I wont collect the first payment till December 1st.
Any flexibility in scheduling payments or making the first one $0, for guests who rebook right away?

I need a widget that I can insert on our reservations page. I want my guests to see all the photos of each and every property. Currently a guest can go to my reservation page https://sanjosecityrentals.com/furnished1bedroomapartments/ and see a list of all the property's. This pages uses Owner Rez widgets. However when the click "Details"...they don't see all the pictures of each property.
Any timeline on when this feature might be available?
I'd love to see an option of "Pass Thru Fees" on the Surchages & Discounts section. Taxes and cleaning are "pass thru" charges for us. While we collect them, we dont keep them so technically not revenue (in our pocket). Ultimately, I'd like to run a report showing: rent, pass thrus, surcharges (pet fee, additional guests, etc), discounts. This would give me a more accurate picture of my actual "in pocket revenue".
A "like" button on feature requests would be awesome. There are several feature requests I'd love to see but dont feel the need to respond "yep, I'd like that too". A "like" button would help developers understand how many of us really would like to see that feature.

Is the Xero integration still on the development plan for this year? If so, anytime timeline you are able to share?
Sometimes we have people call and leave a message without last name or property information. It would be helpful to be able to search with phone number so we can pull up the booking details when calling them back so we can provide better service.
