We began work earlier this week on the next level of Tiered Access, which will center around adding "Limited Access" permissions, beginning with "property-based" limited access options for Team Access Staff users. This will help those users who have staff who need access to some or all Properties' bookings and messaging, but not all account functions.
Here is a work-in-progress (i.e., not necessarily final) screenshot of the settings/invite page of a Team Access Staff user.
I've marked this request In Development (actively being worked on by one of our developers) and should get to QA later this month.
Other levels of Tiered Access will be needed after this, but this one will be a welcomed addition.

More than anything, access to financials need be separated out. I believe that's what most owners are requesting.
We need our VA to access guest communications, schedules, booking data but NOT financials.
