Hi, I would like to request a change with Team access that allows me to grant admin access to certain listings to a team member (like a cohost). Currently, if I make someone an admin where they can message, change listing info etc, I have to give them access to every single listing.
Also, it is not granular at all. Either everything including deleting listings, or nothing at all ie can't even deal with a booking. Surely your own organization has layers of permissions. Owner can do everything, then management can do everything except delete, then reservations staff can do work with bookings and messaging and payments, etc. So hopefully getting there.
Yes, this is an obvious need, and it's planned, but, it's more complicated than you might suppose, so no ETA.

Yes. This would be very nice to have. I don't really want to give permission to control literally everything to my VA that I just hired to help me run my operation. I would like to give some permissions on an as need basis. Start out slow with guest messaging and then gradually give them more as they prove their dependability and trustworthiness.
Also, I would like the VA to be able to receive notifications when a message comes in for timely replies. If we can't get push notifications, then an email alert sent directly to their email would be great, because I don't want my email to be flooded with those kinds of emails.

I agree that this is really important. For example, I want to give someone access to just update the bespoke property websites, but they need full admin access to do that. I shouldn't have to give a web developer access to the entire system. This is definitely a security risk.

Read-Only is an available option for Team Access: Staff users.

Can read-only users send messages? I have been operating multiple PMS because I can't move away from my non-OR platform without messaging access for team members. I can't give full access to my employees to completely delete listings, etc. though.

No, read-only access is just as it sounds. Users with read-only permissions can see things, but not perform actions such as sending messages. For example, trying to send a message with read-only access, you'd see the following:
Thanks. We have team members who need to communicate with guests. Is there no way to do this without giving them full access? Is it planned as part of the new unified inbox? I can’t have every employee capable of completely altering the entire portfolio. But they need to be able to communicate with guests.

We really need this feature to go live ASAP. Having team access levels per listings is crucial. I can’t expand my business without it. Please make this feature a top priority it will bring more customers to OwnerRez and help us as PM grow.
Would love to see this feature include the name of our team member and what they do for accountability. Right now I can’t tell what my employee does or what I do as they have the same access as I do and distinguishes our activity.
RBAC (Role Based Access Control) is what we are asking exactly for this, and it's direly needed as our business grows. We can't have ALL or NOTHING access. It's against all security measures that one can think of.
Is there a possibility to elevate this feature request to a higher priority for a release by end of this year?
At the very least, "Guest Comms" should be turned on or made available while everything else is read-only, that way our team member can start responding and take this load from owners/managers. Comms are 75-80% of the load in this business.

Asking again for some kind of update. This is an essential function. It is not realistic to give virtual assistants or guest support specialists access to my entire business software. They need access to only the inbox/conversation features. I can't go much longer without this feature. I am still running another PMS side by side with OwnerRez strictly because I have to give my staff access to messaging.
