Integration with Mailchimp

I just ran the Email List and looked at the data.

Can you include the address fields?

Mailchimp has a place for those and we need to send cards as well as emails.

One export that is complete and formatted can then be used for all our needs.

Will Zapier allow for us to get to this data rather than only access records where a event happens?

As a general note in this context we typically recommend the use of tags for potentially common situations like "Bad Guest" or "Don't Rent to this Guest". This helps verify user by user.

Have you looked into using our mailing report that is designed to export CRM data out? Its possible to use this report to import data into MailChimp and update those lists.

Thanks Caleb - this is exactly what I was looking for.  Tags show up in all of the places I can think of that I would need to use them (including the CRM edit contact page, they get applied to exports from this page, and are also part of the criteria on the prebuild email list report).  So tags are a better solution than custom fields for what I need!

What is the status of this as of November 18, 2024?

OR has this tagged as planned. Is it still planned, if so, for when?

Or is integration via Zapier the way that OR has decided to resolve this?

Or constant contact direct, we don't like stay fi, it doesn't do what these 2 do

Stayfi said they were cheaper than Mailchimp. That is not even close to accurate. Stayfi is $110 a month and MC is $68 a month.

If Zapier is "The Way" then how about OR coordinating a How To page with best practices on integrating OR to MC?

I don't buy cheap, I buy quality, that's why I moved from MC to CC and Stayfi is NOT a solution that I want yet we are forced to eat it

CC has a TON more features, more hand holding, SM integration.  I'm a convert!

What product is CC?

Constant Contact and the new features are GREAT!

I might have missed it, but was there a consensus on which might be a better option, Mailchimp or Constant Contact?

Has anyone found a good link explaining the process (or one like it) to integrate either of these to OR using Zapier?
