Same Day Bookings with Time Cut Off

This would be a game changer for me. I get so many last minute bookings. This would definitely increase my revenue!!

It would be so helpful if OwnerRez created a cut-off time for same day direct bookings. Thanks! 

Can we also have the ability to allow same day bookings at any point BUT shut off instant book from a certain point? THIS would be the game changer for me.

Yes I've had a problem with this very issue. There is no way for them to allow instant bookings where they send the guest door codes immediately or process the payment immediately apparently. That's something that should be addressed. It is a deal breaker for me. 

I need guests to be able to book immediately and receive their door codes as soon as payment is processed so they are not standing out in the rain waiting.

Please approve!

Unfortunately, I have not. Last night someone called me at midnight (drunk) wanting to rent a unit and I told them we don’t have anything open this late, our check in time is 4pm, they told me that on the website it’s available they were not pleased. I usually block out the units at night. It’s a hassle. 

You can solve this by spiking the price 1000% for last minute with Pricelabs.

We want to allow same day bookings, we just don't want to allow them, for example, after 4pm. Make sense?

I definitely need this cut off time feature!   

I guess I would rather take one booking all year late at night last minute at 1000% then a bunch of bookings at the last minute.  Most people will go away, but you will get one person at a very high premium.  Your problem goes away 99% of the time.

It would be extremely beneficial for our OR hosted website to allow for same-day bookings with a cut-off same as AirBNB.  We are seeing more last minute inquiries who find us on AirBNB that shows availability only to find our website which shows it is not!  Any updates on this?

So many people are saying this with no response from OwnerRez.  Disappointing 

I would love to see this! Nothing like getting a request at 10 pm when you are sleeping.

we are committed to having all of our homes ready before 4 o’clock on any day so we need to cut off to be 12 o’clock. This will increase our business huge you need to do this

Any ETA on this feature??
