...e I'm on the product team, I get to share upcoming product news every now and again. One of those things I'm really excited about is that we're working on overhauling the OwnerRez "Guest Forms." Good stuff!
In the meantime, because it's a large overhaul, we know we needed to handle cell phones differently on the current forms. The cell phone field is first and that way if people have one number, it's...
That report doesn't have the data we need.
It has a bunch of stuff under income that shouldn't be (cleaning, management etc)
and is missing expense that it DOES need (management fee)
and when you export it it loses all sums/totals and just pulls in the data cells and you have to go manually enter all the other info... I did 3 of them before realizing it was missing my management fee, which...

* Supporting secdeps
Outside of those things, which are all about the current syncing process, we plan to add these:

When using the widget, I then had a massive list of poorly organized stuff that was not able to be well-stylized for the site. The only way I found to group things as I wanted in a moderately well-stylized manner was to hardcode my amenities into my site manually. See exam...
...whistle!
Payment and Deposit settings are now split:
Payment Settings are now not clearer to only being about payment-related stuff, and require "Undeposited Funds" mapping if you are syncing deposits:
There is a new Deposit Settings tab that maps deposit types...

Accounting doesn't seem to be a priority and in some cases not even well understood. To me it is really hard to understand how work is being done on stuff like lock integration that is a non-paid feature and there are at least half dozen of services that provide a solution and that effort is not directed towards fixing accounting that is an integral ne...
