One of the things OwnerRez is known for is our commitment to updating old features with new settings, options and ideas over time. We don't just build new stuff, we watch and maintain the old stuff too. This past week, we added a set of new quote-based field codes to our field codes list which are as follows:

We did this so that the conversation is not cluttered up with lots and lots of redundant automated stuff, and the ad hoc messages stand out. If you click on these thin gray events, the original email will load in.

While we were in there working on PM stuff, we also added the ability to set commission to quarter percents. For instance, now you can set commission to be 20.25% instead of 20 or 20.5%, and you can do this everywhere commission is set - on...

Stats on duplicated properties. We noticed a bug where the Duplicate Properties function would not update the stats for occupancy, bedrooms, min/max pricing - basically the stuff you see on the property's General Info tab. The underlying occupancy rules, bedroom information and so on was in there, but the new property didn't show any numbers in those General Info stats. This...
