If OR is going to do this I hope they do afocus group or something to solicit feedback on feature functionality. Would love to participate and provide insight. Form re-design is not a guest portal.

I do agree... most people wont take the time. Unfortunately the channels do not give us email addresses in many cases until after booked or if at all so you will still need a process to manage them…

Shawn I don't see a way to automate a tag if a booking has a specific SURCHARGE on it. For example a hot tub fee or a pet fee.
