OwnerRez is able to import any information that is sent using industry-standard iCal calendart sync feeds. If your sites support them, you can import those feeds into OwnerRez and they should work.

Yes - actually, the default design setup uses page anchors internally anyway. You should be able to create, for example, an FAQ list of questions that link down to the answers.

Smoking is controlled under the Amenities settings for a Property. There's no option of "smoking outside", but there's one for "ask owner" which would probably suit.
