Trigger for no review/last chance review opportunity

Can we add a trigger that allows to be added if there is no review on file. For instance, Airbnb guests have 14 days to post a review. Would appreciate a trigger based off of review status so I can attempt to prompt the guest to review. 

PLEASE add a "review written" condition option for triggers! This is so crucial so that we're not reminding guests who have already submitted their reviews!
