The Public Booking Links (which can be created directly or via a Quote) show the property name and primary image -- but they don't currently include a link back to the property so the potential guest can review (or share) the listing description and details. Please add the property link to make this new Public Booking Link offering more streamlined and beneficial.

Hello Alece,

Normally by default at the bottom of the form is more contact info.

If you go to theming in your OwnerRez account:  https://app.ownerrez.com/settings/theming/0/themeoverrideget
You will see a section where you can configure a Footer for Forms.  You must have yours cleared, because by default this would normally have links back to your personal website and other contact information.

Here is a public link for my account.  Just so you can see how it could be displayed.
https://booking.ownerrez.com/request?property=orp5b45277x&arrival=2025-03-02&departure=2025-03-07&adults=1

It is a link to the main website not the individual property page, but at least a potential guest has a way to look at the rest of the site for now until this feature could be considered

I’ve got that set up too — I just didn’t include it in my screenshot to focus eyes on what I was trying to highlight.

I understand a potential guest can link over to our main site and eventually find the property, though in this age of wanting to minimize clicks and make things as easy/direct as possible for them it seems like it would be extremely beneficial to have the image/property name link back to that listing specifically.

Hi Steven, where and how is this new form showing for guests?

To view it myself, I sent myself a quote and then followed the link, and I got the attached older form. I also went to book via my website and again got the same exact older form.

Hi Scott,

The new form is the Public Booking Link.   It is just an easy way to start the Booking Process outside of your normal booking widget.
Basically instead of saying go to my website and check it out, you can send someone this form for the exact dates they inquired about.   We originally developed it for Google Vacation Rentals as they needed a Landing page.   But others expressed they liked how it looked so we repurposed it as a Direct Booking Link.  You can read more about it here:  https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/send-public-booking-link

After they click book now on that form it will take them to the old Booking Flow for now.  We are working on a whole new updated booking flow that should be out soon!

I get it.  I am in no way discounting this as a valid feature request.  Just pointing out what you can accomplish currently so that the guest can see pertinent information!

Also, maybe since the Public Booking Link doesn't currently show the Property Data, perhaps a better way for now would be to use a Custom URL

For instance, did you know if you wanted to send a guest direct to your Five Points property you could send a URL that pre-populates the dates they were asking about?

A link like this would take them right to the Property:
https://comevisitnashville.com/five-points-jewel?or_arrival=2025-04-13&or_departure=2025-04-19

Or if you wanted them to see a list of all available properties you could send them to:
https://comevisitnashville.com/properties?or_arrival=2025-04-13&or_departure=2025-04-19

Once again, I don't disagree that it would be nice to have a link right on that form that says something like:  For more information click here and it would take you to the PropertyURL specified in the OR Property settings.

Thanks for the feedback!
