Hi, everyone!

As we'd mentioned previously, making OR fully multi-language is a massive undertaking. We absolutely agree on the importance here, and are steadily working to flesh out multi-language capabilities throughout the system. These things take time, though. Here are some details on some multi-language and internationalization features that have been added thus far:

We understand that this is a start, but it was a start in the right direction. We appreciate your patience as we continue to build out the capabilities you're looking for.

It would be great if we could at least use tags in message templates or triggers as conditions. That way we could tag a contact with a language tag and then have different message templates we could use for automations. As of today, this is unfortunately not possible and hence we have to send templates manually. 

It would be even greater if OR would recognize languages based on guest's initial message (e. g. AirBnb channel integration) and auto-tag the contact accordingly :-D

Hi Bri, 

Thank you so much for your reply, I just checked and actually found the tag option on the trigger conditions. I must have been blind for the last year or so :-D This will greatly improve my workload now. Again, thanks fo that.
