Travel Insurance is sold and billed separately through RentalGuardian directly. OwnerRez has no control over the pricing or handling of the funds for that separate transaction.

Looks like Vrbo disabled iCal for any API connected account. If you go to any of those iCal links that have been disabled, it shows a Vrbo error:
