I guess market dependent. In our market too much fraud so renter prefer to pay by CC. As far as credit card fees - cost of doing business and tax deductible. Or just build them into your rates.

I cannot bc my stays vary from 2 to 7 nights but cleaning fee is per-stay and is the same whether they stay 2 nights or 7.

You can simply have them pay a deposit, send them payment link and they can make payments at their own pace as long as they are paid by due date. Works for advance bookings.
