Another thing you can do is grab a channel bridge export for bookings in the past. We pull the tax details for what Air and VRBO directly charge and remit separately as guest fees.

The old payment structure back in 2016 was a per booking fee. That hasn't been in effect for years -- it's all per property now: https://www.ownerrez.com/pricing

That specific email template has 7 lines of whitespace at the end. Remove it and that will fix the issue.
