Likes or Follow on Hosted site?

Is there a way that the visitors can Like or Follow on the Hosted Website? Would be great to be able to send out when something is updated and they get an alert or so.

There is a FB like for the property pages, but that doesn't really let you reach out to them after. Couple options for this...

a) you could create a form on MailChimp for a newsletter signup and put that on the site
b) you could make a FB like button and put that on the site
