Go to Settings > Holidays and subscribe to the holiday list. We chose the most common ones so if there are extra in your state, you can add them as a custom holiday.

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of Airbnb (and HomeAway as well). They evaluate min nights based on arrival day only. I'm not sure why.
