Wheelhouse has officially released their integration with OwnerRez!
Any possibility you could work with these guys asap to get integration with OR?

Hey Randy, thanks for the idea. We'll take a look.
Thanks! Or something like it would be a great plugin for for property managers managing multiple units across multiple channels.
I am trying WH out on my AirBnB listing. personally not overly impressed as I noticed that they have set some holiday rates lower than I KNOW they could book, and I had to interfere and manually override the price. Overall, i do not think it makes property to book more or earn higher .. I guess my existing rates were already pretty fine tuned...
I use AirBnB's smartpricing-gotta be very careful with it
I am experimenting with WH too on AirBNB and TA channels. The drawback is that now my WH TA prices do not necessarily match OR prices as I book TA inquiries via OR.
Wheelhouse is a requirement for us, or a way to upload bulk rates via CSV or similar. We price every night of the year differently via Wheelhouse. At a minimum we would need to price 75 or so rate periods per year per property, which would be super labor intensive in the existing interface. Looking forward to continuing to use your service if we can come up with a rate solution!
We've been in contact with the Wheelhouse guys, and an integration is possible in theory but we haven't yet completed it. Are you going based on their standard auto price or doing the detailed seasonal adjustments?
We do have a bulk rates/seasons import/export already. If you look under Tools you'll see a Rates/Seasons import (https://app.ownerrez.com/bookings/import/rateexcel) and Rates/Season export (https://app.ownerrez.com/bookings/import/rateexport) that's based on an Excel template.
Your bulk import is a pretty good fit for me - thank you!
Bulk import is not quite the same as WH rates are dynamic - they can be adjusted daily based on local demand, seasonality and other factors such as availability of inventory in the area. So I cannot be reimporting them daily :)
I have it turned on on AirBNB and TA, and while if averaged my rates are not far apart from WH rates, WH is more fine tuned to, for example, price some weekdays lower than I would but weekends higher than I typically would, and maybe even make rates look more appealing to the potential guests. I can live without WH on OR, as I can use TA rate set by WH for TA inquiries, ABB gets its own rates via WH and so on.
any news on Wheelhouse?
It appears that it's been a year now and there is no further movement on integrating Wheelhouse with OwnerRez. Is this a dead idea?
That'd be a question for Wheelhouse. We've given them our API for listing details and rate settings, but the development has to come from their side. We'd love to get them integrated -- feel free to nudge them about it :-)
here is a link to request the feature. Pile on! https://wheelhouse.canny.io/integration-requests/p/ownerrez
bump
I checked with Wheelhouse and there's only 13 people they have on the list having requested integration with OwnerRez. I know we've had a lot more folks ask but I hadn't seen the signup form @BluMtnCabins mentioned.
Everybody who's interested, pile on and vote and share that link and hopefully we can get enough requests to get the integration going :-D

I recently started using pricelabs. Seems to work really well with OR and is fairly reasonable. BUT Wheelhouse I think has I integration with Expedia which would be a huge plus for me and I'm sure a lot others. I'm having to manually enter Expedia rates and bookings. They now have an iCal link so that helps a bunch to keep from double booking but they stay on my case for not having rate parity and min stay parity with other sites and since I'm using dynamic pricing, its difficult to keep up manually.
So bottom line is we need an API connection for Expedia!! Hint, hint.
Where is this subject at?
If closed it would be nice to say that.
I never heard of wheelhouse but would like a way to automate my pricing that stays within certain parameters and is affordable.
Currently I have developed a spreadsheet that takes weekly rates over a month at converts them to Spot Rates.
These can then be imported as spot rates to OwnerRez.
If you are looking for something like that contact me.

with API integration that is being discussed here, there is not need to import rates via spreadsheets They get pushed directly to OR and / or to OTA websites.
Looks like Wheelhouse has opened up their APIs. Have you all seen this? https://www.loom.com/share/98f103020597468d8f1de0a8373700ca - start at the 2:48 mark.
Something you all can look into, please? They say to email them at partners@usewheelhouse.com
