I can wait for the variables to be finished. I currently use Hospitality for the review processing now. I'd prefer to just have one system but I have a solution so I can wait.
Thanks. But, will the system automatically rotate through the templates, or are the multiple templates just for my convenience to manually select from?
You can create multiple templates. But at this time does not include "Fields" as of yet. Here is an example of multiple templates.
What I want is to create 5, or so, templates with variables in them. Then the system would automatically rotate through them for each guest. Is that what you're saying?
Looks like it can be random off of the templates or one template
If we have multiple templates will the system rotate through them? Don't want every review to be the same.

The current day of the month in calendar Booking view mode is grey and so are ALOT of other lines and things on that calendar. This is picky I know, but could that be made RED or some other stand out color , making it easier to locate at a glance. With multiple properties the gray gets lost.
Using the "Booking", "List" feature comes with a very powerful "filter" option. I have used to filter many things, which is great! However, the "filter" doesnt keep its data very well once you click on one of the bookings you have filtered. Example: I filtered out all the bookings in December that did not leave a review. I clicked on a booking, sent them a templated email asking for a review. When you go back to the filtered list, your filter options are gone and/or sometimes the list reverts back to the default filters. Sooooooo it would be GREAT to have SAVED FILTERS. An expample would be the one I listes above. Filter all guest who stayed in a date range that did not leave a review. there are many other uses of saved filter, but you get the point. I have to say you guys CRUSH the updates and feature add ons and I commend you for this. THANKS Jim.

Hello! Airbnb Automatic 5-Star Reviews is already released and available now but a couple other Airbnb review enhancements are coming in the future. One should be out pretty soon and that is support for a handful of field codes for Review Templates. You can find Auto Reviews under CRM > Reviews > Host Reviews. Enjoy!

Hello! This enhancement is already in the works for a handful of field codes. Support for those field codes should be out in the near future. There's another enhancement for Airbnb reviews that we'll be bringing in the future as well. At that time, we'll mark this Feature request "Released".

In order to integrate channels that don't offer direct integration with OR, a CURL call, that creates a new booking within OR would be very useful. It should accept all data pertinent to a booking (including Door Code) and should return the Booking ID and/or an error code (e.g. if there is a collision with an already existing booking/block)
I would need a function that allows me to list the door codes together with the other booking information. This could be achieved either by allowing the user to configure the columns shown in the bookings table view or allow the printing/export of a list, that can be configured using the placeholders available in the email functions.
If for some weird privacy or security reason, this wouldn't be permitted, I would be happy with a list of blocks/bookings that don't have a Door Code yet (field is empty).
We are using VillaControl, an integrated smart home solution, at our rental properties. VC not only controls pool equipment (e.g. the z-wave enabled Intermatic controller) but also thermostats, door locks, relais, door/window contacts etc.
The problem is, that they don't have an API. So I wrote some programs of my own, that are triggered by the OR third party notification emails: every time a new booking is entered into OR, a notification email is sent to my address. My program detects it, parses its content, logs into VillaControl, generates a new booking there, extracts the automatically generated door code and writes it back to the corresponding OR booking (via the OR API).
From the data of the VillaControl booking, VC starts the pool heating 1-2 days (user defineable) prior to the guest arrival, enables the door codes at the date/hour of the guest's arrival and sets the property in "occupied" (as opposed to "unoccupied") mode. There are 2 different sets of rules that apply in these modes, e.g. different pool filtration times and speeds, spa availability, pool heating temperatures, room thermostat setting and limits (since our rentals are located in Florida, we've limited the AC's to 70F).
Would love to have an app, even if it doesn't have all the features and setting adjustments of the website. But maybe quick quote, calendar (with ability to see guests and click their details) and integrated messaging. Don't need to set up all the settings, adjust things and do all that on it, but just the basics. I find saving the site as an "app" on my home it's not super convenient for the basics that I need it for 9/10 times.
Hey Joshua! Yes, right now my workaround is to manually create a separate season for each holiday and then restrict check-in/out for that day only. These seasons have to be year specific in order for them to fall on a specific date, so yep, that also means I need to update it every year. It's a LOT, but it's the only workaround I could think of!

I like on Airbnb calendar it shows available dates to select (greying out dates that aren't available for check in for instants) - then it says if you click on that date why it's not available.
Would it be possible to add this functionality to the multi month calendar widget. Then people aren't getting their hopes up that the selected dates they wanted are free to be told in the booking widget that they aren't available?

This would be a great feature to add. So you create a separate season for each holiday and restrict check-in and check-out for that day only? How does this work for thanksgiving which isn’t the same date of the month? Do you have to update it every year?
This a great question, Been looking at pool controls a lot there very expensive and they seem to break a lot also. We just had one fail and wow expensive to repair also.
we were thinking a using an api or even a simple trigger as xml text to automate a workflow with any of the workflow solutions out there. But to be honest can’t find the right good pool reliable cost efficient automation solution yet.

In the Summary Reports Summary Field. Sometimes I would like to print a summary report with percentages displayed instead of $ totals, net, etc.
I would like to use the reports to show our team progress or post on social media without showing everyone our revenue.
I'm trying to figure out how to connect the OR hosted site and social media icons to the actual page. Any advice?
