PM Owner Statements

Just wondering how the progress is coming for the new the new PM owner statements allowing us to customize the statement to include which categories we would like to use, and be able to pro-rate the categories (income/commission/tax) when a booking overlaps two or more months? Hoping to see this before the first of the year.

Hi Cheryl, thanks for reaching out on this. Still a very high priority, but it was delayed several times for some major partnerships we had to get off the ground. The last of those just finished (Airbnb) and we're finishing up with some beta users . Sorry for the delay on the PM work.

Any updates?   Kind of annoying that we have this for Owners and not PM.

I would love to be able to just save my "default" options for generating PM statements instead of them rolling back.

PM statements I want to set it so every-time I run it, without thinking, it is checked for:

• Include bookings that depart by the statement date

It looks like we recently got a default page for Expense settings recently.
