Tim, Manel, Jenny, and so many other patient users in this thread, today was the day. The new Unified Inbox made its debut to all users. We thank you for your input and patience as we worked on it!
We're already working on other features to bring to the Inbox, including WhatsApp for Business, Inbox for Teams, and more.
In the meantime, thanks again and enjoy!
You should be able to communicate everything including email via the unified inbox, so it appears that nothing has changed for me with this update.
I'm guessing this is due to limitations by the OTA's themselves?
For example I'd like to be able to send my check-in details via Booking.com messaging, but I can't due to images, formatting etc? So I'm running the risk of my guest saying they never received the check-in details, because they had to be sent directly via email.
