Turno not free

The blog posting on April 13th, 2023 said 

"All OwnerRez customers can now use Turno's (formerly TurnoverBnB) industry-leading cleaning and turnover management software for FREE!
If your OwnerRez and Turno accounts are connected, your Turno subscription fee will be waived"

However, it appears to only be free if you use cleaners from Turno's Marketplace and pay them through Turno.  This message popped up on our dashboard today " Hosts working with their own cleaners need an active subscription. It works like this: Properties using only cleaners from Turno’s Marketplace are free.  Properties using your own cleaners: $8/month or $72/year per property.

Can an OR team member address this, please?  TIA.

Thanks for bringing this up, it is the exact opposite of what we have been told was the agreement. We are reaching out to Turno directly to get clarification.

As an OwnerRez user who connects via API, you can enjoy using Turno free of charge. If you bring your own cleaner, there will be no fee to use Turno's services. Occasionally, if you have a property that is connected to an iCal or other PMS, you may see the message you are referring to on Turno. In this case, please contact Turno for assistance and they will be able to help you resolve the issue.

Thanks, Paul,  I spoke with TURNO. This message popped up out of nowhere because we added a new property but had not assigned anyone to it yet.
