Does OwnerRez accept Elavon as a credit card processing option? I am sure I saw it listed as a payment option when I began my adventure of creating my webpage and do not see it listed now in the set up area...
Thanks for any help you can give.
Rachel
Yes, OwnerRez does support Elavon, which is most commonly seen as a Costco member option. See the linked article below. Pay special attention to the very last caveat as that can be an expensive mistake.
If you are using the Costco plan, be sure to have another Costco Elavon user refer you and both get a $100 Costco gift card ~ 90 days after activation and use of your new account.

This is good information. Grateful for your response. Thanks!
Thanks very much, the is the expensive mistake caveat ?
For anyone using Elavon, does the Converge payment gateway have an additional monthly fee on top of the Elavon transaction fees?
I don't myself, but we have a great many clients set up that way, and I've never heard of an additional fee. Of course, fee structures can change at any time, so check the fine print.
Following up with what I learned. There's a small monthly charge for the Converge gateway, and it varies depending on the Elavon sales channel. Via Costco, the Converge gateway is $5/mo with a $149 setup fee. Via another Elavon reseller (who has better overall rates than Costco) the Converge gateway is $10/mo with no setup fee.
Who is the other Elavon reseller you are referring to?
