I am a brand new user of OwnerRez. Per the title, when attempting to import my listings (2 total) from VRBO, I am getting an error message. In particular, the message says "Please correct the errors below: The server returned an error resposne (429 429)". This occurs on both of my listings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Due to a recent unannounced change by Vrbo, the Channel Bridge version in common use is no longer functional. Our engineers are working on a resolution, and have released an updated version that partially mitigates the problem.

I tried updating the channel bridge per the instructions, but Chrome didn't update it to the new version. So I guess this fix is still a work in progress.

A Channel Bridge fix was released early today and approved by Google. Subsequently an Excel file error popped up, that fix has been released and is awaiting the Google approval. This will likely happen overnight. Can you do a new download Sunday.

This 429 429 import error from Vrbo has been happening transiently. The engineers are working on a fix, but I don't have an ETA. If you have an active Airbnb listing, you. can import that.
OK - I am still getting this error whenever I try to import. When you say "transiently," does this mean I should keep trying to see if it goes through, or should I just wait until your engineers have a fix? I do not have an Airbnb listing so I cannot import from there.

Erik are you still getting the error code? I can't upload any of my VRBO listings today either. Very frustrating
As another brand new OR user who is on step one of the set up checklist, can I continue with the setup or should I wait for the fix? I've imported my listings from Airbnb.
It's fine to just use the Airbnb import and proceed with the setup checklist.
I am still unable to import from VRBO - getting the same error code (and I have no Airbnb listing so cannot import from there). Pretty much stuck until this is resolved.

I checked the channel bridge today, Sunday. Still version 12.7. Tried to force the update, and still no luck. Any status update?

It seems that, unlike us, Google does not work on Sundays. Hopefully iti is approved overnight.
Still not updating to version 12.8 on the channel bridge or by forcing the update.

Fingers crossed that it’s approved by morning!
A workaround would be to type the guest’s first and last name into the appropriate areas of the Excel file
