Importing a VRBO listing

I was told when I signed up for OwnerRez, that I could just import a VRBO listing from the URL, even if I wasn't the PM on that listing. I was pretty skeptical about that because of photography ownership but asked a few times for clarification and was told that it was an legitimate practice. Does anyone know anything on that topic?

In short the import only pulls public information from a public URL.
