When a guest books through OwnerRez, SUPERHOG will send out a link that requires them to upload a photo of their government issued ID. SUPERHOG uses biometric recognition technology to confirm the ID is real and screens the individual through their database. If the screening comes back with no negative results, the guest is then cleared and good to go. If negative results come back, you are then notified and can make your decision to continue on with this guests or not.
