    ...hink is highway robbery, so I no longer recommend them. But unless you have a crazy amount of bureaucratic red tape in your jurisdiction, it's just a bit of paperwork and waiting for them to send you stuff back and well worth the ultimate flexibility that API integration with Vrbo offers.

    You are correct. Statement views are for Owner Statements.

    However, all expenses in OwnerRez are Owner Expenses. There is not (yet) the concept of a PM expense, hence, we have not exposed expense columns in the same manner on PM statements.

    We'll keep this Feature Request around, as we have lots of stuff planned for the PM module in the coming roadmap.

I've seen a very cool app from Enso Connect that asks the guest what their preferred communication method is. Maybe consider something similar for each message that goes out, to allow the guest to select how they want to hear from us.     I highly recommend talking to Ximplify who we started partnering with for accounting stuff awhile back. We push PMs, large and small, in their direction. Good folks over there who know how to use OwnerRez, QuickBooks and a lot more . We are working with them a lot on expanding our QB integration to many more things and change accounting models to be more correct in general.
