    I noticed this list of "Fine Print" items in the Booking.com extranet, and it's a bunch of random hotel and COVID related stuff. See below.

    I wouldn't care, but there's one called "guest must show ID and credit card at check-in" that is turned on for all properties. And this is showing out live on the public guest side....

    CSS won't work in emails, Rich. Virtually every email program on the planet (Gmail, Outlook, Apple, Android) all strip that stuff out. Even a lot of normal HTML gets removed. Are you trying to create a warning box or alert or something?

    Hi Alece,

    You are correct. Statement views are for Owner Statements.

    However, all expenses in OwnerRez are Owner Expenses. There is not (yet) the concept of a PM expense, hence, we have not exposed expense columns in the same manner on PM statements.

    We'll keep this Feature Request around, as we have lots of stuff planned for the PM module in the coming roadmap.

    I am just pointing out that the amenities are often illogical, unclear, not standardized, favoring rare stuff (raclette, lobster pot) and leaving out common stuff (porch, fire pit) , etc.

    Allow customization also (horseshoe pit/quaits)

    start perhaps with amenities/real estate features from hotel/real estate/camping sites that are fairly standard (at least for USA/Canada).

    All logical and stuff from a computers point of view, but it doesn't make much sense in the real world.

    Look at the FontAwesome stuff. There's a zillion of them and they are better than icons - they're actually web "fonts" so you can increase their size or color perfectly by just specifying HTML attributes.

    We got delayed on this because our HomeAway API integration took a bit longer than expected. That's in beta now and releasing in a couple weeks, so the SMS stuff will be coming very soon!

    I'll have a look at this. Can you send me the link for the VRBO iCal in question? I believe they're changing up some stuff with that sync, so we may need to adapt on our end.
