As vacation rental owners ourselves we're salivating over the possiblities and can't wait to get all of this stuff done! The current roadmap starts with booking.com content push, then into VRBO/HomeAway and Airbnb content push (both via channel bridge for everyone and direct integrations for 5+ property users). A...

...me you look at your ribbon calendar, you'll notice that a little green button appears as you hover over the empty cells.
Give that a little click, and bam - up pops a quick quote box witha bunch of stuff prefilled for you including the rates and any rules or warnings that might prevent the guest from booking.
You can edit the quick quote and instantly see the rate and rules change.

...Let's sayyou use our calendar import to automatically import your Airbnb bookings. Because Airbnb doesn'tshare the guest's real email address, youneed to ask the guest for that (and probably other stuff) so that you can manually "clean up" the booking and keep your records up to date.
Previously, you had to remember to manually email Airbnb guests and ask for information online. Now, OwnerRez will...
...rd Party Alerts will continue to work as they do now, and we will make sure to cleanly migrate the existing ones to trigger events in future months, but you can already start crafting your own custom stuff using trigger events now.

...te - guest email, phone, charges, payments and more. You want all that in OwnerRez so you can manage bookings directly without logging ina nd out of channel constantly, and you want your down-stream stuff (reports, search, QB integration, etc) to be accurate across all bookings whether channel or not.
Channel Bridge is a work in progress and it will be for a long time. It's a fairly difficult proble...
We include a bunch of extra stuff like UnitNumber in the Channel Bridge export, but that's not currently used anywhere in OwnerRez.
Right now, the mapping is based off of ListingNumber and you can set that mapping in the property settings of the synced channel.
...uld be willing to be a tester if OR ever wanted to do that. I just don't think a lot of people have Vera/Zwave, (which is admittedly a more techie lock solution than the pre-packaged - simple-to-use stuff you get from August lock, and other home depot / Rona purchased hardware).

...ey guys,
Sorry for the delay on this. I wanted to discuss internally because our RemoteLock support is kind of up in the air right now. We support the "old methods" really well but some of the new stuff we don't. As it happens, we are in the middle of upgrading our RemoteLock support to handle their newer APIs and we are adding Kaba as well.
We would like to support Vera and Zwave but it's more co...
...internet, firewood, mountain, forest, waterview, waterfront. I need to write an article about how all that works for this one -- the other widgets are pretty self explanatory but the search picks up stuff from many different areas.
Adding more buttons is something we will be doing for sure, but as you know we like to start small, see what the different use cases are, and then iterate from there. At a...
I think the minimum price setting takes care of them going too low, but I've never used it.
Marinas Edge, have you gotten higher prices with the smart stuff turned on? Or does it always tend to hit your minimum?

That will trigger pageviews and events on widgets and bookings.
We don't have the e-commerce stuff hooked up, but it's something we could add. What are you looking for there, exactly? A transaction sent on booking confirm page, with items for each charge lineitem?
...pays in full. They can't do that without your interaction, so you'll always have a decision point of "guest wants to pay in full... let me charge them and then go skip the reminder email".
We've got stuff in the works for making the skip auto -- eventually you'll be able to go into the trigger and do something like add criteria of "only send if amount due > 0" so that it is date and rules based, but w...

Question - have you asked Lynnbrook about interchange plus pricing? I'm wondering if they already have that. They seemed pretty amenable to most of the stuff we've talked to them about. It's possible that they already do that, if specifically asked.
Yep! We've got a lot of stuff on the drawing board for triggers. There's so much promise there by adding some additional logic that can let you automate a lot of that manual scheduling.
We'll keep everybody posted as we progress throughout the year.
...their real email address, populate it in OwnerRez, and then your scheduled emails will work for those bookings as well.
We've got some enhancements for walled gardens planned for later this year -- stuff like parsing the booking and payment notifications so we can populate charges and payments, a guest "checkout" that would accept their email address and have them sign your renter agreement, etc. As...
...out a difference of $50 per month which more than covers whatever the gateway is monthly.
When you say invoicing and pre-scheduled, are you talking about outside of VR bookings? For vacation rental stuff, we provide an invoice (quote) for guests and do payment schedules - does that not work for your needs? I guess that's the thing that it comes down to ultimately since it dictates what all processor...
